Delete your SplitHaus account

You can request deletion from the app or from this page. Your request removes access to every shared property and schedules your account and associated personal data for permanent deletion within 30 days.

Request deletion in SplitHaus

  1. Sign in and open any property you belong to.
  2. Open Profile, then expand Manage account.
  3. Select Request account deletion and confirm the request.

Can't access your account?

Email us from the address on your account. We will verify ownership before scheduling deletion; you do not need to reinstall the app.

What is deleted

We delete your authentication account, contact details, notification tokens, and personal profile information. Shared-property records that other members rely on may be retained only in de-identified form, as described in our privacy policy.

You may cancel a pending request during the 30-day window by emailing [email protected].
