SplitHaus is a scheduling and coordination platform for shared vacation properties. It allows co-owners and family groups to allocate calendar days, manage reservations, and coordinate access to shared properties.
You agree to use SplitHaus only for its intended purpose of coordinating shared property access. You may not:
You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Properties may be subject to subscription fees. Trial periods are offered for new properties. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Pricing and payment terms are provided at the time of subscription.
You may stop using SplitHaus at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
SplitHaus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SplitHaus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any scheduling conflicts, property access disputes, or data loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SplitHaus after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
